Service Description

Video counselling makes it possible to access support in a way that fits more naturally into your life. We meet through a secure video platform, allowing you to join sessions from a place where you feel comfortable and at ease. This format offers flexibility while also giving us the opportunity to see whether working together feels supportive and aligned with what you’re looking for in counselling. Couples sessions are limited to two participants, in addition to the counsellor.
