Virtual counselling offers a way to access confidential therapeutic support with fewer practical barriers. From a service perspective, sessions are designed to be flexible and to fit around your schedule. From your perspective, this format allows you to engage in counselling through a secure online video platform, from a space where you feel comfortable and safe. Sessions involving couples are limited to two participants, in addition to the counsellor.
