Service Description

Phone counselling offers a flexible option for connecting when meeting in person or online isn’t possible. Whether you’re navigating a busy schedule, living at a distance, or frequently on the move, sessions by phone allow you to stay connected to support in a consistent and accessible way. This format also gives us space to notice whether this approach feels comfortable and effective for you. Couples sessions are limited to two participants, in addition to the counsellor.
